GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ONLINE BOOKING OF SERVICES

The following terms and conditions will apply to all online bookings of services on the Mamoexperience.it and Mamoexperience.com websites.


  1. Booking and payment methods
    You will find detailed information on the various types of service you can choose from on our websites.
    Once you have identified the service you are interested in, you must fill out the form on the description page of the service concerned in its entirety and send it to us by ticking the “send booking request” box (or by e-mail to info@mamoexperience.com), together with a copy of a valid identity document.
    Upon receipt of the form, we will contact the service provider to confirm that it is available on the date and time you have chosen. Upon receipt of confirmation from the provider, we will send you an email with a link for payment, which must be made within 24 hours. If payment is not made within this period, you will lose the option for the date and time chosen. Please note that for all services involving the purchase of entrance tickets (museums or other), the cost will be additional to that of the service and payment will be requested directly from the supplier on the day of delivery.
    If the service is not available on the dates you have chosen, we will send you an e-mail to inform you.
    Upon receipt of payment within the deadline, we will send the supplier a confirmation e-mail and you an e-mail containing a summary of the booking, confirmation of payment and cancellation terms, as well as our invoice.
    The supplier will issue a tax receipt after providing the service or, if requested by you, an invoice, in which case you must notify us of the data required for invoicing at the following e-mail address: info@mamoexperience.com
  2. Cancellation
    You can cancel your service booking free of charge up to 24 hours before its delivery by sending an e-mail to cancellation@mamoexperience.com. The refund will be made within 3/5 working days.
    If you cancel after the 24-hour deadline, the amount you paid will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded to you; however, you will be sent a cancellation confirmation e-mail with a cancellation fee.
  3. Liability
    The service will be provided by the supplier through its own organisation of means and with management at its own risk, in all cases in a workmanlike manner and in compliance with the highest quality standards suggested by the service practice itself.
    Therefore, you hereby release us from any liability for direct or indirect damage that may arise from the service to you, to any persons using the service and/or to property, for which the provider shall remain solely responsible.
    In the event of failure to provide the service duly booked and paid for, we will refund the total amount paid to you.
    If, on the other hand, the customer fails to show up for any reason whatsoever, we shall retain a penalty equal to the total amount paid.
  4. Privacy policy
    You will have to give your consent to the processing of your personal data as per current regulations. You can view the privacy policy on our website and when requesting availability.
  5. Essentiality of the conditions
    All of the above conditions are of an essential character and form a single, inseparable context.
