Pasta making - open Class Authenticity
Meet your companions and shop for ingredients in one of Florence’s most authentic neighborhoods before reaching our Kitchen and start your class!
You will prepare a starter, two types of fresh handmade pasta with different sauces and a fabulous dessert! Visit our herb garden terrazza for a Prosecco and enjoy your meal with your new friends in our beautiful dining hall!
We will meet in Piazza Santo Spirito and after a brief introduction we will shop for products visiting a vegetable stand, plus an unmissable cheese and delicattessen shop. Then, we will reach the school which is just a few minutes away and start cooking! You will prepare a starter, two different fresh hand made pasta recipes and a dessert before dining with everything you have prepared. Fantastic local wine is included!
The whole experience lasts 4 hours and it will be held at 9.30am or at 6pm.
Our open course lasts 4 hours and is always available (until maximum availability is reached) on:

Friday 6 pm
Saturday 9.30 am
